Since each item is handmade by Foxtrot Sales, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. I will reach out if there are any delays in meeting that timeframe.

New item orders are placed every Monday. For example, if you order a sweatshirt on a Tuesday, Foxtrot Sales will place the order on Monday, add the image the following week once it arrives, and then ship it to you wherever you are. Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed. 

Please be aware that all items are final sale, as they are customized to your preferences. Items sold without images may be eligible for exchange for store credit, provided they were not purchased on sale. To inquire, please email 701@foxtrotsales.com.
